Can You Wear Contact Lenses If You Have Dry Eyes?
Dry eye is the single most common reason people stop wearing contact lenses. The lenses feel uncomfortable by midday, vision fluctuates, and the eyes feel gritty and tired. Many patients are simply told 'contact lenses aren't for you' and switched back to glasses. But this is usually not necessary, the right lens choice makes an enormous difference.
